Azienda Cucineria — Restaurant in Rome

The worst restaurant I have ever been to! The service was simply awful. The staff were rude from the start, showing no care for the customers. We were still eating when, without any warning, they brought us the bill without even informing us that the kitchen was closing. A total lack of respect!

Not only did they try to rush us out, but they also charged us an absurd service fee after treating us terribly. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible. A terrible, humiliating, and unacceptable experience.

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with courtesy and professionalism, DO NOT COME HERE! Absolutely not...

We had dinner in this place with a couple of friends,we taste steak tartare, and meat balls grandmother receipt. The tartare was horrible, gristly, never taste a tartare like that and I would never try again. The meat balls was very tough but the tomato sauce was not too bad.

For the chef: the tartare should be fresh and tender, the piece of meet that you have to use for tartare should be a good piece of sirloin without nerves, without blood and marinated.

Cercherò di essere obiettivo. Ambientazione fantastica aerea di grande suggestione . Ci hanno dato uno dei tavoli più suggestivi del ristorante che aggetta sul cortile centrale dal secondo piano. Il piatto forte è statoil salmone con couscous alla cannella, delizioso per accostamento e preparazione, Una cottura che garantiva croccantezza esterna e morbidezza interna. Buono il dolce al pan di Spagna limoni fragole . nel sugo di agnello e olio ai porcini i porcini si erano persi per strada . la cosa più bella è stata lo sconto del 50% grazie ad fork . Ora arriviamo alla nota dolente , il menù è mediamente più caro di quello che appare qui . sarà stato il 27 dicembre ma sono venuti dicendo che la tagliata era esaurita , per poi presentare due ore dopo varie tagliate al tavolo accanto . Anche la quantità della pasta con il sugo di Agnello è stata inferiore a quella servita nel tavolo accanto. Nel complesso darei un voto diverso a cucina buona , atmosfera ottima e servizio (per errori probabilmente non ripetibili) che questa volta è stato meno...
