Roma Hub One — Hotel in Rome

Things we liked: • host very responsive • good location (metro and train are close) • wi-fi worked well • the apartment we booked is large (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)

Things we didn't like: • complications with hot water • lack of towels, accessories for personal hygiene, staff in the kitchen, and in general in the apartment • the pull-out beds are very uncomfortable, the second room is small and not very functional because of the size • the apartment is a bit dirty, hairs in various places • at first we didn't get the apartment we booked, which was resolved the next day (at our request, host didn't mention anything first)

In general, we exptected a much comfortable stay for that 6 days. For a shorter stay (2 days) I think it would be a little better. Small improvements and additions in both apartments would make staying much...
