Old Wild West — Restaurant in Rome

Service was just a huge disappointment. Some of the staff had this condescending vibe that made me feel silly for even asking questions. I overheard another customer who was visibly frustrated because their food came out cold. When they mentioned it to the staff, it was like they were met with a wall of indifference. That kind of attitude is just not acceptable when you’re trying to enjoy a meal. Now onto the food—wow, what a major letdown! I’ve had that dish at other locations and it was so much better! My meal looked nothing like what they advertised. The photos are super enticing, but the reality was pretty disappointing. The atmosphere didn’t help either. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants where the vibe just pulls you in, but here? Not so much. I’d say save your time and money. The food quality is lacking, the service is subpar, and the atmosphere feels cold and uninviting. With so many better dining options around, you’d be much better off...

As you can see, I went for the mixed meat for 2, and yes, the plate was that big.

Steak: nice sear, cooked to medium rare, after 10 mins became medium, very nicely cooked. Chicken: was cooked with an aroma of sage, cooked through perfectly. Lamb and Frankfurters - deliciously tasty.

Roasted veg, wow... The roasted peppers were gorgeous.

Dessert: I had the berries cheesecake.... Fresh, tasty and "just enough" after the mammoth meal.

As a director of the restaurant and hotel, I was so disappointed for this restaurant in the heart of Rome. No offer to replace or remove meal off ticket. The service was very bad and not organized. Took too long to seated and waited 20 mins until I pulled a waitress aside to ask when someone would take our order. Our group Food arrived cold. Then, the waiters heated the food in the microwave and came back disgusting. Spent 2 hour 30 minutes there. And the restaurant was not busy. Had Nacho and the taco and hambuger.The bartender was awesome and very nice. He felt bad and offered two shots for what had happened. I wish i had my phone to take pictures.
