You would expect an hotel owner to always be professional but this man has so much hatred in him. We did not know we couldn't invite our parents to our big appartment. We booked on booking.com and it was not in de rules. Either did the hotel provide information about this matter. The parents were upset because their kids were cooking for them for 2 days and they weren't allowed in. The hotel owner lost his temper and physically attacked the parents. (we got proof of this). The hotel owner was not capable of thinking like an adult and coming to a solution to all be satisfied with the results of the conversation. This man kept on shouting to our group and coming very close in our face. The reason of this matter for him was Covid... But if that is the reason.. why would you touch a costumer? Attack a man? Shouting and therefor removing the facemask? That's rediculous. We would understand if it is a rule in Italy to not invite guests but this man said to my sister that we could have invited everyone but not these people. He got very personal. He is not capable of talking like an adult. This man is very angry, scary, carry's a lot of hatred in him and to be honest... you don't know what this man is capable of doing. I would never stay in his...

The view of the hotel is perfect but therefor you can stay with the neighbours where there is probably no violent...

The only, lets call it complain is that our friends from another hotel (a family of four) that we have invited them for an early drink after food were not allowed inside the hotel as the owner said that this is policy for everyone. I can understand the policy but i think that you can understand if someone is going to have a crazy party or just enjoy a drink with his friends (all of us over 40 and 50 years old!) Otherwise every thing was...
