Steakhouse LA TAMBRA in the Dolomites feels like a warm alpine hug. Honeyed wood everywhere, softly glowing lamps, and those curvy booth nooks with plaid cushions that make you want to linger. It’s cozy without being sleepy—there’s a happy, mountain‑holiday buzz in the room. Here, steak is the headliner and they don’t play around. Massive boards land at the table piled with deeply charred, ruby‑centred slices—think that perfect crust you tap with your fork to hear the crackle. Sea salt pops on the surface, juices run, and everyone at the table goes quiet for a second bite. Sides keep the rhythm. The potato gratin is golden and buttery, with crisp edges that fight for your attention. Grilled veg—zucchini, fennel, eggplant, and blistered tomatoes—bring smoky sweetness and just enough freshness to reset the palate between rich forkfuls of beef. Wine lovers, you’ll geek out: there’s a proper walk‑in cellar downstairs where you can browse shelves of Italian classics and international bottles. It’s moody, wood‑lined, and a little bit magical—pick something bold and let the staff help you nail the pairing. Finish strong with their tiramisu‑meets‑affogato moment: lush mascarpone cream dusted with cocoa, and a pour of hot espresso on the side. Cozy room, serious steak, and the joy of choosing your own wine—here is exactly where I’d book after a day in the Dolomites.

This was hands down the best steak I have ever had in my life. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious — truly unforgettable. The food alone is worth the visit. The staff were incredibly sweet and attentive. We were seated right away, and from the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. They went above and beyond to make the night special — they even sang happy birthday to my friend, and the entire restaurant joined in clapping and singing in both English and Italian. It was charming and added a really fun, personal touch. As someone who deals with sensory issues and can get overstimulated in public, I did find the seating to be a bit tight. I was very close to other tables and could hear other guests chewing and scraping their plates, which was difficult for me. I had to put on my headphones for comfort. That said, I completely understand this is typical of smaller, intimate restaurants — it’s more about my brain than their setup. Overall, an amazing night with top-tier food and kind, welcoming service. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a truly excellent meal.

We had an amazing experience at LA TAMBRA - Steakhouse. The staff was friendly and the steaks were excellent. The atmosphere was fantastic, although there was a slight delay in getting attention from the staff.

The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment. The staff was welcoming and accommodating throughout our visit, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering our questions about the menu. Now, let's talk about the food - the steaks we ordered were absolutely superb. The meat was perfectly cooked to our liking, juicy, flavorful, and melted in our mouths. We were impressed by the quality of the meat and the flawless preparation. It was a premium dining experience that met our expectations. Although there was a slight delay in getting assistance from the staff at times, the overall atmosphere of LA TAMBRA was delightful. The cozy lighting, tasteful decor created an intimate setting that added to our enjoyment of the evening. In summary, LA TAMBRA - Steakhouse is a fantastic place for those seeking exceptional quality steaks, a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. Despite the minor issue with the staff's response time, our visit was enjoyable, and we look forward to returning to indulge in their excellent steaks and...
