Residenza Luca Pacioli — Hotel in Sansepolcro

Residenza D’Epoca Luca Pacioli was a fantastic hotel! I stayed for six nights and was extremely satisfied with the location, the cleanliness, and especially the friendliness of the staff! The front desk team of Claudia, Miriam, and the two Tomasso’s were very helpful and informative. And Marzia did a great job setting up the continental breakfast dining room, making delicious coffee drinks, and providing a wide range of warm and cold food options. I have friends who bought an apartment in Sansepolcro’s Centro Historico just down the road. Every time I come back to visit them, I will stay at the Luca Pacioli! From the first greeting by Simone we knew this hotel was special. It is recently opened and is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are impeccably decorated and furnished and the amenities are first class. We found Miriam to be a delightful receptionist and she couldn’t not have been more welcoming or helpful. She arranged a dinner reservation in the hotel’s sister restaurant and it was a great recommendation. La residenza Luca Pacioli è sicuramente un’ottimo albergo e merita, senz’altro, le quattro stelle. Posizionato nella zona pedonale di Sansepolcro, si presenta con un esterno sobrio e con una hall non grande, ma elegante. Accoglienza molto professionale e gradito upgrade gratuito della camera da “ superior” a suite. Altrettanto gradito il non aver preteso il pagamento immediato, all’arrivo, ma solo al check- out, come sempre dovrebbe essere. Camera 115, ampia, pulita, riccamente arredata e con tutti i comfort di una suite di un 4 stelle, ivi compreso l’enorme televisore a parete. Nulla da dire. Letto ampio e comodo e ottima la qualità del sonno. Bagno adeguato alla stanza, grande, estremamente pulito, con prodotti di cortesia di qualità ed accappatoi per la doccia. Parcheggio gratuito poco distante dall’hotel e Wi-Fi buono e funzionante. Colazione servita in una graziosa saletta al piano terra ed assistita da personale cortese. Buona, ma non eccezionale, soprattutto nella parte “salata”, non corrispondente, qualitativamente e quantitativamente alla parte “ dolce” e comunque, non completamente da 4 stelle. Direi che è l’unica nota un po’ negativa. Prezzo per la matrimoniale, euro 162,00, per una notte. Rapporto qualita/ prezzo, buono. Senza la parziale criticità della colazione avrei dato 5 stelline Pier Luigi...
