This hotel is sort of acceptable for class trips. Room was okay, a little dirty but okay. There were hairs on the ground in the. bathroom. Some mould here and there (especially in the bathroom) comparable with the level of a youth hostel or something of that price category. Also there was no Soap or any shower gel or shampoo. Some items were broken, the AC broke after one day. Me and four of my classmates had to stay in an „Apartment“ wich had about 20 square meters. Other people of my school had to stay in an 10 square meter room with 4 people. Not acceptable for a 3 star hotel. Some room I have seen would not even deserve one star. They were in a horrible state and needed renovation very badly. So it is a gamble if you get an acceptable room or a jail cell. Food was horrible. Way too few, not much choice and way too sweet. Also they wanted to charge us 2€/student for fruit for breakfast. In fact, schools get a separate buffet than „normal“ guests. The „normal people“ have a big buffet with everything you can imagine. Also the staff was treating us more like prison inmates than guests. Furthermore you have to pay for every little thing. They threatened us with 40-150€ fines for completely unnecessary „offends“ like complaining or „misbehaving“ (whatever that is). The rules were translated with (I think) some translation program so they could not be understood. Haven’t had any problems with theft. I‘d say for a 4 night classtrip it still is acceptable, but only if you can live with the fact, that you are treated like 2nd class people. For holidays not recommended.

This hotel was a nice surprise! We came with rather low expectations but was positively surprised. Close to lake Garda with a decent view of the lake from our balcony! Very close to the beach and a rather nice poolarea with a bar that serves drinks. It's a bit far from Sirmione, but it's easy to get there with car or by public transport. There are a few restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel that serves local food. The breakfast was quite good as well. You get quite a lot for your money if you travel with a family, I wouldn't go here just me and my wife. My kids weren't quite satisfied with the quality of the Wi-fi

I booked the room via Expedia. When arriving to check in the lady at the front desk asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a new renovated room for €50. We said no the room we booked was okay. She then asked if we would pay €10 for the upgrade, we still said no and insisted the room was okay. She then told us she would upgrade us for free anyway. The room was lovely, and I can not fault it. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had the rainfall shower. It was spacious and new. When checking out we were told to take there business card so in future we could book directly with them rather then through Expedia.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience with a few drawbacks worth mentioning.

The family rooms were very clean, spacious, and recently renovated, with efficient and quiet air conditioning — a big plus during hot days. The lobby area has also been nicely refurbished, giving a fresh and welcoming first impression. The outdoor pool was quite large, well-maintained, and very clean, which made relaxing by the water a real pleasure.

One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic service by the pool — the staff were friendly and attentive, serving delicious and reasonably priced snacks and drinks. The front desk staff were also helpful and polite for the most part, with one exception I’ll mention below.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was rather disappointing. It was very repetitive, offering the same limited vegetables (just tomatoes and cucumbers) every day. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powder and were quite unappetizing, and the bread was stale every other day.

The only real issue with the service was the older, grey-haired gentleman at reception, whose attitude left a lot to be desired. He seemed disinterested in helping guests, refused a simple request to leave a room key, and even tried to prevent us from having an early breakfast, despite this being prearranged with other staff members.

Parking around the hotel was generally easy to find, except on Saturday afternoons when it was quite challenging to get a spot. Thankfully, the hotel provides an underground parking option, but part of it is used as storage and for building materials, so in reality, there are only about 10 usable spaces.

All in all, the hotel has a lot of potential thanks to its modern, clean rooms, great pool area, and mostly excellent staff — but the breakfast and certain aspects of the reception service could definitely use some...
