Elizabeth at Service Plus went above and beyond to try and locate a package for me that wasn’t even being sent to her workplace. She rang the delivery company every single day to try and track it down. While the package was never found and we received a refund this is not about a package being lost, but about the service Elizabeth provided in trying to find the parcel. There was nothing in it for Elizabeth, but she still went beyond the call of duty to try and help me, she is a credit to her workplace and her company should be thankful they have such a competent and friendly employee. Bin zur Zeit im Urlaub in Sirmione. Hatte Probleme mit meinem Handy. Es hat sich einfach nicht mehr aufladen lassen. Weder mit meinem, noch mit dem Kabel meiner Tochter. Haben dann recherchiert und sind auf diesen Laden gestoßen. Wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent. Sie hat erst ihren Ladestecker und ihr Kabel ausprobiert und dann ein neues aus dem Regal geholt und auch ausprobiert. Resümee, ein neues Kabel und ein neuer Stecker hat mein Problem ganz schnell gelöst. Preis war auch völlig ok. Andernfalls wäre mein Handy am Abend von einem Techniker abgeholt worden und am nächsten Morgen wäre es wieder repariert und abholbereit gewesen. Also ein super...
