My husband and I spent one night at this property during a Tuscany road trip. We chose it in advance as it was close to the hot springs. It was easy to find and our room was very cute. The breakfast in the morning was also decent and arrived when we asked for it.

The problem we had with this property as I booked it through expedia in order to use up some credit card points, when we checked out in the morning they told us it had not been paid for and demanded we pay again. I have been in contact with expedia who verify it has been paid. We ended up paying a second time on property because we had plans and had to leave as well as a heavy...

Fabulous B+B only a 17 min walk to the hot springs.

Our room was quaint and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing and came at our allocated time each morning.

The gardens are beautiful and there are chairs to lounge in the sun right outside your front door.

We caught the train and bus here and there is the nearby Saturnia a 25 min walk up a very steep road. That's the only place nearby to get food and there is no supermarket.

Without a vehicle, you are quite isolated here, but it's a great place to escape and unwind for the weekend.

🙂Struttura a circa 1 km dalle cascatelle naturali. |🙂 camere pulite. |In gruppo, abbiamo soggiornato in diverse sistemazioni. |☹️“Dependance”: consiste in una casetta indipendente con camera da letto, salotto e bagno, adiacente una cantina/magazzino agricolo. É senza riscaldamento, hanno messo un letto in salotto vicino ad una stufa a pellet (da accendere). Peccato che il pellet fornito fosse insufficiente per i due pernottamenti. Abbiamo richiesto che ce ne fosse fornito altro, ma non abbiamo ricevuto nulla. La temperatura esterna serale era di 3/8°, vi lascio immaginare com’era lavarsi nel bagno senza riscaldamento… Ovviamente non eravamo stati avvisati della mancanza del riscaldamento in questa sistemazione. |🙁 La camera standard aveva una unica finestra affacciata proprio a fianco della reception, lungo il vialetto di accesso alle altre camere della struttura: ovviamente non si potevano tenere le tende aperte per poter far passare un po’ di luce. |Nella doccia c’è la tenda. |🙁 Wifi lento e connessione scarsa. |☹️ Scarsa cortesia della receptionist. |🙁 Avevamo prenotato 6 mesi fa, in occasione di un nostro soggiorno presso altra loro struttura, ora dismessa. Il giorno prima di partire riceviamo richiesta di pagamento con carta di credito per un importo maggiore di quanto avevamo pattuito. Telefoniamo e la risposta è: “sarà stata la mia collega”, “intanto inserite la carta, poi quando siete qua ci guardiamo”, “tanto pagherete quando siete qui”. Non c’è stato modo di verificare telefonicamente quanto effettivamente avremmo pagato, e ci è stato detto che se non inserivamo la carta di credito la prenotazione non sarebbe stata confermata. |Comunque la fantomatica collega che non avrebbe portato il pellet e avrebbe inserito gli importi sbagliati, noi non l’abbiamo mai...
