This could be a very cool place, if it weren’t for the rude owner (the woman). I have never been treated this poorly at any location world-wide. Her staff was surprisingly nice, but they couldn't make up for the rudeness of the owner. The beds were old and the metal frames a hazard. We had a room with a so-called external bathroom. Very unpleasant to go across an unlit hallway at night as the light goes off and by the time you come out of the bathroom you cannot turn it on from there. Wifi was flaky and initially didn't work in the room at all even though that had been promised. Poor connection. Don't go there if you need to take along any work. The furniture is old and very used. Even the pillows smelled used. The linens were freshly washed though. If it hadn’t been for the way we were treated, I would have probably given the place 3 stars. There is no parking at the place in winter, but the pickup by snow mobile was a fun experience. Breakfast was mediocre. The best thing were the freshly prepared eggs. The location is quite original and authentic. But only go there is you are secure on your feet. Everything is icy and slippery. You have to remember that you are staying at a very old stone hut. Not sure why they call this a hotel, it should just be called a lodge, that would do it more justice. When we left, and the owner was upset with us because we had to leave early due to a family emergency, there was no more offer of transporting us down the steep slope to our car, so we had to slide down the hill with our ski baggage. We gladly did leave that way given the way we had been treated. We will never stay at this...

Good location on the ski slope and easily accessible for dinner with a free snowmobile transport to the restaurant.
(-) Portion sizes are nothing short of disappointing. Main courses are equal to appetisers in most restaurants. Would suggest coming here for a brunch or a light dinner but definitely not worth the price after a tiring day of skiing.
Main courses do not include contorno (side dishes), and is not clearly stated. With the size of the main dish, the contorno arrived long after the meal was finished.
Prices are roughly the same as other high quality restaurants in the area, however portion sizes are considerably smaller, and most other restaurants include at least a side dish in the price of their main courses.
Complimentary bread basket was forgotten on our table, however the staff were were receptive and quickly provided us one when asked.
Fried potatoes were on the salty side, and very simple compared to the complexity of...
