Fantastic welcome and unforgettable stay . The B&B is located is in the centre of Mestre Old Town . Very easy access from the airport ( direct Bus ) and easy access to Venice . ||Dario , the owner was extremely helpful, giving us all the information needed . ||The B&B is charming . The rooms are spacious , comfortable and have large individual bathrooms with Italian shower. Mini Fridge , water , tea / coffee facilities are available in the room . ||From the B&B you can walk around Mestre and enjoy the Italian vibes all around . Mestre is a charming place with a great atmosphere , good restaurants and shops . ||I will definitely come back and stay at Dario's place . His dad came the next day and served us a delicious breakfast . We were not expecting so much , everything was ready on the table and the choice was never ending . As for the coffee ... wow! I had to have more than 1 cup ! ||It was a short stay for us before heading on a cruise however we will come back as everything was so easy access and the B&B is a real gem . ||Thank you Dario to you and your dad for everything you have done for us . Wir wollten schon immer mal nach Venedig, aber geschafft hatten wir es irgendwie nie. Die Hotelzimmer fast unbezahlbar in dieser Stadt... aber aufgegeben habe ich nicht und immer und immer wieder im Internet Sunden verbracht, um etwas Passendes zu finden. Dann dachte ich mir, warum nicht eine Unterkunft in Mestre suchen und bin auf dieses tolle Bed & Breakfast gestossen. Die Reservierung war einfach per email und ich hatte bereits einen sehr positiven Eindruck, denn wie Dario der Inhaber schrieb, fühlte man sich gleich irgendwie gut aufgehoben.||Vorab bekam man auch die Information, wie man den Parkplatz findet und er wollte uns dort empfangen. Hat alles Super geklappt. ||||Im Bed & Breakfast angekommen, hat mich mein erster Eindruck nicht getäuscht. Schön, gemütlich, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum irgendwie süß und geschmackvoll, das kennt man kaum von den Italienern. Und Dario äußerst bemüht und sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben für Venedig, Informationen zum Bus (die Bushaltestelle und Tram ist gleich um die Ecke), Restaurants etc. Es war irgendwie wie ein Besuch bei einem alten Bekannten. ||||Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sehr sauber, es gibt auch nur 3 an der Zahl. Es steht Wasser bereit im Kühlschrank und Obst, auch WLan ist kostenfrei und funktioniert einwandfrei. ||Zum Frühstück gibt es viel Süßes, so wie die Italiener das halt mögen. Aber Dario bereitet auf Wunsch auch ein leckeres Rührei zu und ist auf Käse- und Schinkenesser vorbereitet. Da ich eine Gluteinunverträglichkeit habe, konnte ich leider bei den Croissants nichts zulangen. Dario aber hat extra für mich gluteinfreie Brownies in einer Bar geholt! Was für ein Service! ||||Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen auf jeden Fall wieder hier, wenn wir Venedig nochmal besuchen sollten - was wir vorhaben. Weiterempfohlen haben wir dieses B&B auch bereits im Freundeskreis. ||Übrigens ist Mestre auch eine ganz schöne Stadt und das B&B super zentral, gleich hinter der Einkaufsstrasse gelegen. Tolle und günstigere Restaurants als in Venedig gibt es auch - fragt einfach bei Dario nach, er hilft bestimmt gerne!||||Grazie di...

We spent 2 nights at this location (27-29.07.2017). Very good communication from both Dario (the owner) and Giorgio (his father), who provided us with all the information necessary for a wonderful stay! Extraordinary people! Otherwise, without words ... all the information presented in the previous comments are real (a large and clean triple room with a large bathroom, well equipped and decorated with good taste and quality materials, excelent breakfast, private parking, nearby means of transportation).||In conclusion ... the location and the services of 10 and an exceptional quality / price ratio !!!||You could not want anything more for visiting Venice!||Grazie Dario!...
