Beware of this racist place! We ordered a pizza for takeaway. The reception was cold, it was clear that they didn't like tourist from India ordering pizza for take away. We waited outside for 15 min. No response. Asked waiters. They neglected us. Asked a young man at payment counter how much time would be needed. He said ten more minutes and we waited outside with my young daughter in cold. Again inquired that man and then he went to pizza counter. From what I could see, the old man at pizza got irritated and angry. He looked at me from distance and said something to the young man. FINALLY we got our take away single pizza after 35 min wait in spite of the fact that it was not really crowded. They clearly served a group who came later than us. And pizza upon eating turned most pathetic one I ever had in entire Italy. Hard to chew and totally tasteless. Shame on the racist establishment which subtly or overtly try to make others look beneath them. Your approach...

Let’s start with the pizza: honestly, it was okay — very acceptable. 🍕
Now, the service... that’s a whole different story: unfriendly, inflexible, and definitely not baby-friendly.
We simply asked to move our table into the shade, but we weren’t allowed to — even though the restaurant was nearly empty (as you can see in the picture). They didn’t offer an alternative table either.
Everything felt unnecessarily complicated. At one point, they even claimed that our baby stroller might block emergency services like the police or ambulance (despite being on a quiet street).
We had to move the baby to the shade away from the tables, and my mom ended up eating standing on the side.
I love Italy 🇮🇹 and we will definitely come back — but not to this place....
Read moremy wife and i have guests here for a few times during our short trip to venice. this restaurant...i must apologize as my words can not even close describe what kind of experience it was...we travel around the world a lot and i have eaten probably more pizzas than most italian but we still compare every pizza and pasta to the one we had there. it was like the touchbof god in the sixteenth capel...only on the tounge...that must have been the foods the acient gods have been talking about....we felt love and passion for the food in every ingredient...the father took care of the pizza, the mother was in charge of the flavorful tomato sauce, and the junior boss was taking good care of us in the service. i wish we will come back again soon...may god...
