Vittorio Veneto 25 — Hotel in undefined

This was our second stay at VittorioVeneto25 over the past 18 months and it remains beautiful, quiet, cool, very clean, and comfortable. Italy handles the mask and sanitizing requirements quite well, and VittorioVeneto25 is no exception. Raffaella is a great host, as she is there to greet you and to say good-bye when you leave. She was also extremely helpful in finding a store to replace our friend's broken iPhone screen, which saved us time, headache, and money. An important reason for us to stay at this hotel is the fact that it is dog-friendly, which also gives them the edge over other hotels suffering from canceled stays due to the recent virus situation. Anyone traveling with a dog can be expected to have a well-trained and quiet companion, but unfortunately in Italy not many places have realized this - to their detriment. We will return...

Antes de nada, hay que saber que este establecimiento no tiene la estructura típica de un Hotel. Se trata de un edificio reconvertido en pequeños "lofts-habitación" y con una recepcionista solamente por las mañanas. Antes de llegar, te mandan un email con códigos de seguridad para entrar en el edificio y para desbloquear una caja fuerte con la llave de la habitación. Es decir, si no llegas cuando está la recepcionista, te haces tu mismo el check-in.||||Para nosotros no fue un problema e incluso se agradece porque te sientes como si llegaras a tu casa ya que no tienes que hablar con nadie.||||Las habitaciones son modernas y bien decoradas. Extremadamente limpias con más toallas de las necesarias, mapas de la ciudad, nevera con agua, plancha de vapor... Todo excelente. El único problema es que si te toca una habitación de la planta baja o primer piso (pero especialmente planta baja), escuchas la puerta del edificio abrirse y cerrarse SEGURO y si la gente habla también. Nosotros estábamos en la primera planta (un equivalente al entresuelo) y se escuchaba bastante aunque se podía aguantar. Pero imagino que en la planta baja la experiencia no debería ser tan buena. Especialmente por las mañanas con la gente haciendo el check-out al lado de tu puerta.||||No hay desayuno pero no fue problema para nosotros. Por la mañana te encuentras con la dueña/recepcionista que es muy amable y que se interesa por todo lo que puedas necesitar (a nosotros nos pidió un taxi para ir a la estación e incluso nos avisó del precio y comentó el precio con el propio taxista para evitar "timos".||||En definitiva, todo muy bien. Recomendaríamos a la dueña que ponga el horario de la recepción en el cartel que tiene fuera del edificio con el teléfono para emergencias. Cuando fuimos, un cliente llamo incansablemente al interfono ya que asumimos que no había visto el email con los códigos de seguridad. Nosotros no abrimos ya que no sabíamos si era un cliente o alguien que quería entrar. Pero con el horario junto al teléfono fuera se habría solucionado ya que el cliente habría visto que estaba fuera del horario de recepción y que tenía que llamar al teléfono sí o sí.||||De todas formas, recomendamos ir a este Hotel y volveríamos. Ubicación muy buena, cerca de Osteria Francescana (si van al restaurante).||||Si el funcionamiento del Hotel no les supone un problema, lo demás es todo impecable. Insistiré en que estaba MUY limpio y en que si puedes pedir una habitación en los pisos altos, la estancia...

The room was exactly as pictured - clean with Wi-Fi and coffee maker in room. It had a surprising amount of closet space and two TVs! There was also a safe and a desk.||Their own branded products of soaps are provided in dispensers. I do not recall if they provided conditioner. ||Like most places that we stayed in Italy, there was no English TV - bring your Firestick or Roku. ||The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were rough. ||If you're not on the ground floor, you will have to climb stairs.||Note: The front desk is operated part-time and there are no amenities other than what's in you room. We had no problem getting a fee parking space right in front of the hotel.||The management was very responsive to emails and the woman working the front desk was nice...
