First time to book in an unmanned hotel. Check-in and check-out were quick though we were a bit confused at the start on how to access the entry code. We got the family room with two queen beds and a twin. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and had everything you’d possibly need for a 6-day stay, including laundry detergent for the washing machine! I love how this boutique hotel just has just 2 rooms per floor so it offered much privacy to guests. The nearest subway station was a 20-minute walk away. If you don’t mind the walk (added to all the waking you’d do in Fukuoka), this is a nice, quiet place to stay. And you get to pass thru the relaxing sight of the canal every time. My family of four stayed in this Hakata apartment for one night. The apartment was very modern, clean and reasonable sized for a party of four. It had two double-beds and one single. The room had equipment such as cooking utensils, fridge, dining table and even washing machine. The location was a quiet neigbourhood but within walking distance to Canal City shopping mall. ||Definitely consider staying in this hotel...
