Shirayuki is a hidden gem in Fukuoka. It's a small and cozy place, but makes for an amazing culinary experience, with good sake (japanese rice wine) you can add-on to elevate the experience.

I would strongly recommend foreigners looking to splurge more than 10K yen per pax meal to try Shirayuki for the variety of fresh and delicious Japanese ingredients.

Do take note that reservations are strongly encouraged, set aside some time to find the place (rather difficult to find for a tourist), and be prepared with some form of translation tool (Google translate etc.) to interpret the menu, and you should have a...

記念日のディナーでお伺いしました㊗️

懐石のコースのお店なのですが、丁寧に作られていて、お味もとても美味しかったです✨

ただ、フル懐石ではないので、人によっては量が少ないと感じるかもしれません(私はちょっと少ないかなと感じました😅)

大将にお聞きしたら、単品での提供はないとの事でしたので、お酒を飲みながら、ゆっくりと食事を楽しみたい方は良いかなと思います😊💕
