What's a amazing price and location , It worth 5-STAR definitely. First of all, after check-in, there are 2 "Wecome drink" on Level 5(It actually are free drink coin from the auto meachine) you can take if you want. The staff are really nice and helpful, even English is not their mother language but still do their best to explain what you need to know or should keep in mind. Just few mins to the public transit and the mall, maybe 30sec you can reach the family mart. I don't see any reason complaining for the perfect location and groceries. I chose this hotel because of its location near both Funabashi station and where my son is currently living. The room and en suite were tiny, but that is typical of Japanese budget hotels. The bed was comfy though. Also typical was the lack of storage space for clothes - only three coat hangers and no shelves or drawers. There were few accessories in the en suite. I didn't mind that but the bath towel was small and thin. The reception staff were very polite and welcoming. I paid the equivalent of about £60 per night (room only) which I think was reasonable. What a great find, situated 30 minutes by train from Tokyo Central Station, 100 metres from Funabashi Station. Our room had two king single and one single bed, two chairs and a desk.||Very comfortable, the Front Desk Manager spoke very good English and couldn't have been more helpful. Level 4 has a free laundry for guests - a godsend for travellers - three large Hitachi washer/dryers. Great little Restaurant/cafe downstairs with very friendly, helpful service.||And the price - fabulous value - we paid A$500 for four nights. We will definitely be using this...
