We booked a Japanese-Western style room in the Grand Villa III for two consecutive nights in late January 2020. The overall quality is OK, but some of the services is awful. By that I mean the housekeeping maids. They did not follow the rules that they should knock on the door and wait for the response from the guests inside the room before entering the room. Their staffs showed complete indifference regarding such customers’ complaints! What a shame to this hotel, they could have done a lot better than what we have experienced for the facility and nice view this...
