All In Stay Hakodate — Hotel in Hakodate

The breakfast buffet is hands down one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had (or maybe I kept my standards low because they’re usually not that great). Although it leans more towards a traditional Japanese breakfast, my friend who doesn’t enjoy natto, fish, and tsukemono, had plenty to eat. Their breakfast starts at 7am-9am. Staff are friendly. I don’t think I have any complaints. Since I mostly booked this hotel just to sleep, I’m comfortable with the room. For the price, I believe it was worth it. Although I wasn’t able to use the laundromat, I believe it’s behind the front desk. I wanted to do some laundry but it was already closed by the time I got back from Sapporo. My regrets would not being able to leave a tip and not having their breakfast since I left for the first train out of Hakodate. Thank you,...

About a 10 minute walk from Hakodate station, the hotel is a small one, but clean and well maintained. It offers small rooms, with clean en suite bathroom & toilet and free basic toiletries. The bed linen was clean and additional free toiletries were available at the front desk. A Japanese buffet breakfast was included in the room tariff. Also available in the dining hall was free coffee/tea anytime of day, plus use of a microwave. A vending machine offered drinks at a reasonable price. They also had allowed us a 1-hour extended checkout free of charge, though the manager on duty at the time we were to check out, being unaware of our prior approval, came knocking on our door, to remind us that we were 'late' ! Maybe the best hotel I have seen in Japan and I will explain why : First of all the price per night which very cheap. You ´ve got a lot for very few amount of money Secondly Room : room is very clean very correct, bed are confortable you have your private room, bathroom and toilet Third Services : people are incredibly kind and tolerant to tourist bad habits. Staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is also included and Japanese-like For more than 2 months traveling in Japan I have never seen an hotel with such a good price/quality/service ratio.
