Log Cottage 白馬KIITOS — Hotel in Hakuba

We stayed 3 nights in late December 2024 and had thoroughly enjoyed our holiday home in Kiitos. The log cottage is well maintained and cleaned with well equipped kitchette and a washer.

The hosts are responsive and extremely helpful and well supported by English speaking staff. They assisted with the booking of our first skiing package at a discounted price at Hakuba 47. We also enjoyed the home made complimentary snacks they served in the evening.

We enjoyed our stay there. The cottage was clean and nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They welcome us like an old friend than a guests. They even served us many complimentary foods after we place our order. They even let us tried one of their homecook dinner dishes. The food was good. Overall, the experience was above our expectation and we wish that we could stay...

We had such a wonderful stay here. Shino and Rumi are so, so kind and incredible hosts - they are very responsive, attentive, and accommodating. The cabin was immaculate and the food delicious, and we had so much fun playing with all their winter toys. If we ever return to Hakuba, which we hope to, we will definitely stay here...
