Amazing bunch of Aussies working here. The service is incredible. Bubbly and fun staff always with a smile and that Australian wit! I hired demo skis and they were amazing, when the powder started to dump on day two I simply changed em over for a powder pair with absolutely no problems. The crew picking you up and dropping you off at your accommodation is just wonderful. Other visitors were scrambling for taxis or buses and a friendly Aussie greeted me and took me to the store, grabbed my skis and whisked me away to my accommodation. I can't recommend the crew here highly enough!

The quality of the demo gear was superb!They assisted us from the get-go with me booking from Australia for our stay in Hakuba. Nothing was a bother, thanks, Gemma!! Their merch was also gr8 quality, and was sourced personally for me, for my size and colour I wanted! Thankyou! Super kind, and really appreciated! Thank you all. Cheers to the rest of the season legends! Now that we are home, c u back home in Falls! Here's hoping for a cracker of a year in Aus!

We went to Hakuba for a week and two of my young children were going to try skiing for the first time. Central Snowsports really took care of us. We made gear reservations online quite easily. The Echoland location was very convenient. Elijah was extremely welcoming and helpful. His excitement was contagious to my children. When my five-year-old decided that he really wanted to snowboard instead of skiing, Elijah made the change quite easily. Then, after the first day, when my son decided that skiing would be better after all, Elijah, again, made the swap with a smile. Everyone was great and provided great recommendations for ski locations based on our experience and desires. I would absolutely rent from Central Snowsports Hakuba - Echoland again as well as recommend it to all...

Had a great experience over my family’s 3 days here. They did a pick up and drop off and even collected equipment back from our accommodations.

Staff are really friendly (especially Elijah! Hopefully spelled that right) and speaks english. They helped me pick a different board on each day based on my needs and snow conditions which all turned out really great!

They handled all the smaller issues on our side superbly which made this a really stress free experience e.g. changing boot size/models, swapping ski/boards, refunding rentals when one of our members didn’t feel like finishing the full rental, and even helping me source a board I wanted to buy.
