We stayed at the smaller 2 bedroom part of this chalet for a few months(April-July 2020). It’s a really well designed, clean and comfortable place to stay. Leo (the manager) is always super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Hakuba. Good location as there are many things to do nearby. Paddy fields, strawberry farm and main echo land street within 5 mins walk. Bed is super comfy, heated floors for winter throughout home(was a bit cold in April), and air conditioning on 2nd level for summer. The downstairs area was cool enough in June-July. During Spring, we were pleasantly surprised that there are sakura trees in front of and behind the home. Kitchen is well equipped, spacious and modern (there is a huge dishwasher and a range of appliances). Perfect for trying out recipes during lockdown and when restaurants opened up, there were few good restaurants nearby that we could walk to. Will definitely want to stay here again in the future.

Our stay at Alpinarc Chalet was absolutely incredible! We had the pleasure of experiencing two of their stunning chalets, both of which were impeccably located and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The staff went above and beyond, assisting us with every aspect of our stay, from arranging car rentals and ski equipment to providing personalised transfers. Their recommendations for slopes, restaurants, and activities were spot-on, ensuring that every moment of our trip was nothing short of perfect. This was truly the best trip ever, and without a doubt, we'll be returning to Hakuba White Fox Co. for all our future visits.
