ラコンテ有馬 — Hotel in Kobe

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on * but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good...

Located in the higher arima onsen town, close to the cable car station, it’s a short walk to the Main Street, roughly 5-10 minutes.

Small and intimate ryokan, with modern features. Places are kept clean, and well maintained. It feels very comfortable and quiet.

Blueberry vinegar served in relax lounge after onsen, with few massage chairs - it was heavenly.

The two gentlemen serving in breakfast time are amazing, very friendly and speaking extra fluent English!

All in all, it was cute and intimate experience, I would actually recommend over some of the big hot spring hotels in arima onsen town with double or...

Een rustige verborgen schat die goed bereikbaar is met het ov. De faciliteiten zijn geweldig en vrijwel altijd beschikbaar zijn. We hadden het hele zwembad en de jacuzzi voor ons twee. De onsen waren rustig en comfortabel, er was altijd plek tijdens de openingstijden. Het hotel heeft een fijne lobby met goed wifi signaal. De omgeving is prachtig met mooie natuur. De kamers waren erg ruim en mooi en zeer comfortabel.

We waren er twee nachten. De tweede nacht was er alleen een luidruchtige familie, wat een beetje storend was. Maar het hotel kan er niets aan doen als mensen zich niet goed weten te gedragen. Vandaar sowieso...
