Service here is amazing. We were welcomed by a warm hand towel in the midst of heavy snow. Staff speak good English. Price is reasonable
Surprisingly, the bun and the sauce were the stars here. Even if these two elements complement regular patties, I think I'd still like that combo just as much.
I'm used to burgers where the meat juice/oil carries the flavor, and that was the kind of burger I was expecting when I bit into wagyu beef. Welp, that's not the case here. However, the burger is lighter and won't put you to sleep afterward.
I have mixed feelings about this one, and not sure if the patty is overcooked(?) on purpose. That being said, the overall quality is definitely 5/5.

I’ve worked in Melbourne and NY (neighbourhood pre-hipster Brooklyn burgers as a poor student)—definitely...

I ate both of them during my stay. The more I chew, the more delicious the Kobe beef was, and it was totally wonderful. Aged potatoes are also valuable, and there are almost no places in Hokkaido where you can eat them. Please give it a try.
