Our recent stay at Terazze Niseko Hirafu was nothing short of exceptional, and we're eager to share our glowing review of this wonderful accommodation. From the moment we arrived until the day of departure, every aspect of our experience was outstanding.

The staff at Terazze Niseko Hirafu, particularly Reagan, Zac, Fletcher, Georgia, Kurt, Sarah, Amber, and Louis, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and attentive service truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. Whether it was offering local recommendations, arranging transportation, or attending to our requests, they were always there to assist us whenever and wherever they could.

The accommodations themselves were superb, boasting modern amenities, cozy interiors, and stunning views of the surrounding area. We found our room to be spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing us with the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Niseko area.

Furthermore, the location of Terazze Niseko Hirafu couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Hirafu Village, we were just steps away from excellent dining options, shopping outlets, and outdoor activities. The convenience of being able to access everything we needed within walking distance added to the overall convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Terrazze. We were in the ground floor room, which I believe is smaller than the other levels, but it was still amazing. Loved the heated floors, the fireplace, even the views from our level! Very clean, new, modern and a really nice stay. However, what topped off our amazing experience at this place was the service!! It was like nothing we've ever experienced. The staff were super helpful, plus provided us with what felt like our own personal driver!! Admittedly the rooms were not full during most of our stay, so they had more time to drive us around. But even when there were more people staying, so long as we gave around 1/2 hr notice, we could be picked up and dropped off anywhere around town. It was so good!!||Tanita, Andrew, Patrick, & Emily, who were the ones who helped us throughout our stay were amazing. They helped us with recommendations of where to go and what to do, and other things like researching the train timetable for us!! They all went above and beyond anything I would ever expect. So thank you guys!! ||Oh, and wifi speed of the hotel was so quick, ive never seen a hotel...
