Hello my fellow plant-based friends/cool peeps that want to eat better diets!

Looking for good ramen somewhere? Look no further than Bar Moon ( or sometimes called Moon Bar) for a vegetarian Veggie Ramen that can be customized with eggless rice noodles to make it vegan! The Veggie Ramen is cooked with vegetable broth and has tons and tons of vegetables in it. The flavors are well rounded and the portion is satisfying! I recommend getting a side of edamame to meet your protein needs for the day though since the ramen doesn’t come with tofu!

If you like a bit of a kick in your food, try adding ramen pepper or chili oil that are readily available on every table! There’s also Shijimi, which is a traditional Japanese seven flavor chili pepper that’s made with different types of chili peppers, white and black essence seeds, seaweed, ginger, and roasted orange peels.

Yumminess: 8/10 Affordability:...

Pretty terrible experience overall. Food is adequate, but overpriced. The wait time to be seated is awful. The kicker, they charge for hot drinking water (¥250 for 8oz cup) but fail to list it anywhere on the menu, so be warned.

We waited 45 minutes to get a table, granted we were a large group of 7, however, we were passed over in the queue many times before being seated. Extremely irritating when a table of 9 had become available, but the staff seated two smaller groups, who were behind us in the queue, there before they seated us.

Also ridiculous to serve cold water for free but hot water for a charge. Drinking water is drinking water, whether hot or cold. Moreover, if you’re going to charge people for hot water, at least have the decency to list the charge on the menu along side all the other beverages offered...

Our favourite dining experience during our time in Niseko. Lovely and very warm staff and beautiful cozy feel inside. Delicious ramen (definitely the best in town - we had tried 2 others locally that were too oily and not great) and great fried rice. As the establishment is really small, best tip would be to get there just before opening time for dinner to ensure you can get a table (which is what we and some others had done) and then you don’t have to wait too long as the staff will likely ask you to come back later once the restaurant seats are full rather than waiting outside. There was also the option for people wanting a table to come in to sit at the bar upstairs to have a drink until a table became available. Absolutely loved this place and wished we came more during our...

Ramen was nice. The alcohol was nice too. If you love spicy food, you can ask for chili powder and the chilli oil for additional spiciness. Expect long queue at this shop. We had to wait maybe around 40 mins to an hour when we came by for dinner. I don't normally drink alcohol but tried my friend's mandarin sake, it was very nice and didn't taste like alcohol. The spicy miso ramen wasn't spicy to me, even after adding chilli oil/ powder, as I eat lots of spicy food in Singapore. You can try the devil's ramen or the other one instead if you're looking for spicy food. Those are spicier from what my friend mentioned. The staffs are all friendly and amazing. Atmosphere is nice and cozy.
