Would not use this company again. They are agents that act as intermediaries. However once payment has been made and you are up and away - good luck if something goes wrong. Dont bother calling Ski Japan if you encounter an issue. They do not communicate with the service providers arranged for your holiday. Dont expect them to be your point of contact - keep a list of contacts for your hotel, transport company..................anyone associated with your time away.
