ホステル祇園SORA — Hotel in Kyoto

The hostel manager is extremely friendly and accommodating. She was able to help me book my stay and make sure everything was perfect. The place is absolutely immaculately clean. There's a large bathroom with tub, and several other toilets and showers available. This place would be absolutely dead silent if it weren't for the Karaoke bar downstairs. I never noticed it until one night I came home early and heard it loudly through the floor into the night.||It's in a bit of touristy part of town, lots of expensive restaurants and tourist places nearby. So you'll have to walk far or get a personal recommendation for a locals place. Plenty of temples within walking distance, including the shopping district. I had a fantastic two-week stay at the language school in Sora, staying in a private room. The place was exceptionally clean throughout my entire stay, the kitchen was very convenient, and the location was fantastic. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.
