The cashier tried to give me only 400 in change after I clearly paid with a 10,000 note. It was only after I questioned the mistake that they corrected themself and gave the proper 9400 change. Decent place for a quick fix of japanese-chinese food. We ordered a set of dumplings and found it lukewarm. Maybe the store's recommended dumplings in a iron pan might have been a better choice. Dan Dan noodles was rather bland. The . Ma Po Tofu was pretty decent and stir fry vegetables...

오랜만에 제대로 된 얼얼한 마라의 매운맛을 느낄 수 있었던 한 그릇이었습니다. 「紅虎餃子房 レッドタイガー 久茂地店」에서 주문한 마라 탄탄멘은 국물 한 숟가락에서부터 진하게 퍼지는 매운 향과 얼얼한 산초의 감각이 인상적이었습니다. 두툼하면서도 쫄깃한 면발이 얼큰하고 깊은 국물과 잘 어울렸고, 위에 올려진 고소한 다진 고기 토핑이 전체적인 풍미를 더욱 풍부하게 해주었습니다. 참깨와 파, 채소가 더해져 단순히 매운맛만이 아니라 고소함과 식감의 균형까지 잡혀 있어 끝까지 맛있게 즐길 수 있었습니다. 매운 음식을 좋아하는 분이라면 충분히 만족할 만한 맛이지만, 매운 데 약한 분들에게는 꽤 도전적인 메뉴일 수도 있습니다. 가게 분위기는 중국풍 인테리어와 모던한 카페 같은 조명이 조화를 이루고 있어 편안하게 식사를 즐기기에 좋습니다. 점심이나 저녁 시간에 뜨끈하고 자극적인 한 그릇이 당길 때, 그리고 조금 색다른 탄탄멘을 먹고 싶을 때 딱 맞는 선택이 될 것 같습니다. 매운맛 속에서도 깊은 국물의 감칠맛과 고소함을 느낄 수 있는, 만족스러운 탄탄멘이었습니다. 다음에는 교자와 함께 곁들여 먹어보고 싶네요.
