Stay away from this place. This shouldn’t be consider or call a hotel. This is a Motel. Rooms are musty and have a horrible smell (like pee and mold) a lot of dust and spider webs in corners of the room. I got a rush on my body from the tatami beds. They are so thin that you wake up with a terrible body ache you practically sleeping on the hard floor. Creepy elevator and old. The area is kind of sketchy with graffiti and not close to the main attractions. There’s not a lobby either. You have a little window to the attendant. Read moreIt’s a cute hotel. Not our favorite out of all the hotels we stayed in but it was the cheapest. The room was clean and the amenities good. The few complaints we have was mostly our own sensibilities. The beds are on the floor which we’re not use to. The shower room took some getting used to. There was a problem with the bathroom sink. The faucet moved and the water pressure was pretty low. There was a karaoke machine in the room that we had a hard time figuring out how to turn off. It would have helped if there were directions on how to use it. But overall, great hotel for the price point...

Remember to download Google translate to communicate. Will book this hotel when I visit Osaka next time. The facility is more than the photos show in booking website. Also... Dedicated lift...
