The hotel is 5-10 minutes away from Kitahama Station. There are three 24-hour convenience stores on the road, including a ramen shop, a dumpling shop, and an izakaya. There are office buildings nearby, and there are not many people on the road at ordinary times, especially at night.Check-in must be done at 3 p.m., but you can store your luggage. One of the waiters speaks Mandarin. Let's see if you are lucky enough to meet her back to work time, and the other one speaks English. No deposit or credit card required. The waiter will ask when you want the room to be cleaned in the next few days. After 12 o'clock at night, you need to take a card to enter the hotel door. The hotel does not provide bottled water, but there is a free all-you-can-drink beverage machine in the underground pantry, including coffee, cola, tea, orange juice, etc. When entering the lift, you need to take your card and go to your own floor, which is the same as the washing and drying floor. There are drink vending machines on the laundry floor with free ice cubes and large transparent plastic cups. You need to bring three 100yan for laundry, and one 100yan for 30 minutes of drying. If you want to dry clothes for an hour, you can pay more than 100yan.There are two washing machines and two dryers. Sometimes there is no space for you to wash, so you have to wait, and there are so many people who are so patient that they never come back. There is a trouser press in the corridor, so no money is laundered. The room has an all-in-one air purifier and humidifier, and you have to enter the water yourself. The room is actually very nice. There is a high-definition digital TV, but it is not connected to Android TV, so there is no way to cast the screen. There is a USB-A socket with two prongs on the bedside. There are two sockets on the desk. There are several sockets on the wall. There is a small refrigerator below with an independent switch. The air conditioner has an independent switch, which means it will not turn off even if you leave the room and pull out the card. There are strong and weak options for extracting air in the toilet, and there is a hairdryer.Checking out and returning the room card is so fast. It feels like there will be no one to check the room at all. You can store your luggage, but you will be asked when you...
Read moreNot impressed with the service or cleanliness of this hotel. When we first arrived, having booked and paid for a double suite (on their website states that this room is for 1-2 people with no additional cost) they insisted we pay an additional fee of $20 per day for our second guest and then more if we wanted to have breakfast for this guest. We travel a lot and have never experienced this before. We understand that the booking site we used (Agoda) had been faulty and changed all our booking to one person. But every other hotel, even in Japan had never asked for an additional payment- especially considering that on Hotel Vine’s website it states that the double room accommodates for 1-2 guests at no additional charge. Not only did this happen but we found the staff cold and mismanaged. The hotel (supposedly non-smoking) constantly smelled of cigarettes covered by a thick scent of bubblegum. Cleaners always filling the hallways with towels and machinery that you had to literally step over to get past. The location wasn’t terrible for us, about a 15 minute walk from the main subway station or a 40 minute walk from trendy vintage shopping and cafes. For the price of this hotel, we were greatly disappointed. The ‘double room’ we booked was also tiny, like a single room filled with a double bed. You couldn’t walk down the side of the bed or put a suitcase anywhere. Being one of the pricier hotels we stayed in during our japan travel we were so...
Read moreAvoid lightning. Everyone must avoid lightning. I was so struck by lightning that I didn’t have a good rest! The first night I didn't pay attention and my family members who checked in other rooms discovered it. Then I asked to change the bedding because I left early. The answer was that all the bedding had been changed. Out of trust in the hotel, I didn't check and came back to wash up and go to bed in the middle of the night. I found it again in the middle of the night. Picture 2. The more I changed, the more I changed. dirty! I went to communicate in the early morning to change rooms. The first two rooms had the same problem. The third room had hair, but I couldn't afford it. At least it wasn't bloody sheets. I just slept casually. Fortunately, Ctrip helped communicate with me, but the hotel's attitude was very tough and they emphasized their hygiene. It’s the outsourced Vietnamese! I was only given 4 meal coupons and no other compensation. It’s not like this in China! Everyone,...
