Read moreGreat apartment style stay. It is clean and well maintained. It comes with a small kitchen with a stove, sink, fridge, microwave, pot, and utensils. The toilet is specious with a small tub. There's a code access gate. It is about 2 min walk from the Daigochi subway. A bonus point is that it is close to the Kizu market, where you can get fresh fish and fruit. The market opened early and closed before 11 am. I believe they close on Wednesday and Sunday.
Communication is clear. Make sure you check the email and the pdf attachment they sent you as there's no staff stationed in the building.

Cons: biggest thing would be the location as his area is the first one we heard sirens go off all night (we stayed Wed-Sat). It’s not that I felt unsafe walking down the streets, but the general area is full of no-man hotels and not many shops compared to other parts of the city. Walls and ceiling are paper thin so depending on who you get as your neighbors, you may find the place extra loud.
