S-Presso Namba Parks Street — Hotel in Osaka

We spent 4 days here. Here are things you should note that might happen because the same happened to us.

Our room did not have hot water at night somehow. We had to shower with cold water. Keep in mind, this is December and it freezing.

The room wasn’t fully cleaned as my nose, that is sensitive, can barely breathe in the morning.

Our walls were basically concrete, which is a minor thing but looks gloomy.

Though they have washing machine in the room, there is only dryer in the first floor that charges money for each use.

However, their service was great and responded very quickly within the working hours. We had to work with 3 workers directly and they all were very kind and trying to help.

Overall, for one or two days may be livable, but anymore than that the little things adds up and can be quite frustrating after a whole...

Very nice hotel with decently sized apartments fully equipped for longer stays including kitchenware, washing machine and smart TV. Awesome, clean room, really comfy beds and great balcony with room to hang laundry. Complimentary breakfast is super delicious and offers everything you need (fresh fruit, salad, cereal, bread, eggs, sausage etc.). Best thing is the absolutely amazing location! Places like Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsekai are a short walk away, as well as the Namba Parks shopping mall (make sure to check out their spectacular rooftop garden!) and a ton of phenomenal places to eat. Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Food options and multiple konbinis nearby. It is located very near a local train station (NANKAI Line Imamiyaebisu). Within walking distance to 2 other metro stations, Daikokucho and Ebisucho. Also within walking distance to Shin-Imamiya station, Namba, Shinsekai and Nipponbashi. Rooms are private with plenty of space along with a washing machine and small kitchen. There's a dryer on the first floor that charges 100yen/12min.
