Hotel Fukuracia Osaka Bay — Hotel in Osaka

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel which was close to the venue for a conference I attended on two days while visiting Osaka. The hotel was well situated not too far from the Cosmosquare station -- information said an 18 minute walk but we did it in about 10 minutes with luggage.|The hotel itself had lovely big rooms and our room had a nice view over the port with the big Ferris wheel also in view with its changing colours at night. The bed was comfortable, it had WiFi available, a kettle and green tea was provided.|We were able to hang a sign on the door to chose not to have our room cleaned which we did after the first night and on our return to the room saw the sign and a gift certificate pushed under the door. Not being sure what it meant --- it was mostly written in Japanese which we can't read --- we just kept it aside. We did the same after the second night with the same result so took the certificates down to reception and could choose a drink or take from the gift basket which had chocolates and other "goodies" ---- something for each certificate.
