We had used the online check in which worked well. You receive a number code by email to later collect your room key via a letterbox with a lock. Upon arrival the reception was manned, but otherwise we saw no one during our stay of 3 nights. The luggage storage is that you can just put the suitcases in the hallway with a note on it. This gave us an unsafe feeling, so when the room was ready we immediately went back to put the coffees in the room. Furthermore everything was fine. Sufficient clean towels in the hallway to pack, a mosquito net in front of the window for fresh air without bugs and furthermore a spacious room in a perfect location near the metro and a small...

Arrived at 11pm no staff at reception so we followed instructions for online check in. Location is very close to Bentencho station and the room is decent for 2 people to sleep. Room is clean but the beddings (pillow, blanket) we saw few strads of hair from previous guests. We stayed for 8 nights but they only cleaned my room once (1x) for our 8 night stay despite asking them by leaving “please make up room” card outside my door. Not sure if that is their policy or what but I just did not expect that...
