Worst Hotel Ever. Me and three other friends arrived at the hotel with a booking reservation for three nights starting on the day, with the payment method type of paying at the property. When we arrived the receptionist told us our reservation was cancelled because they couldn’t take the money out of the credit card. They also told us the room was no longer available and was already rented to someone else. However, on the Booking App there was no cancellation and the room was still ours. We were literally kicked out with no other place to stay nor a solution for their mistake. Clearly, they decided to do some extra money with the Golden Week and literally double booked our room. If paying at the property is not an option don’t make it available on the reservation platform. It's one stop away on the pink line from Namba. The hostel was quite near the exit, too. ||If you have luggage, look for the elevator which is near the Hanshin Line. Then, it's like a two minute walk to the hostel.||The host was accommodating in waiting for us at 11pm since our plane arrived at night and the hostel closes at 11.||We got the room with a private bathroom. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people on futons but another extra futon can be placed for the third person if needed.
