Royal Host Sakuragawa — Restaurant in Osaka

I am a Canadian and the Royal Host Sakuragawa restaurant reminds me of the restaurants in Canada. Except, I think the Royal Host food quality and service is better than Canada. This is a very good restaurant.

My husband has allergies to gluten and dairy so the restaurant manager came to our table and helped my husband look at the ingredients list to find suitable items. Unfortunately, the only items my husband could have were the bacon and rice, but we were grateful for the help. The manager is very good at his job and we really appreciated his great assistance. I came here for dinner after a very long day at Universal Studios Japan looking for a hearty, tasty meal that didn't cost the earth. Royal Host was exactly that! We both ordered pasta for our main, and had some bread and chicken as a side. I was uncertain what to expect when ordering but was very pleasantly surprised with our food. It was well cooked, delicious and a generous portion. The staff are wonderful and so friendly. We then ordered dessert which was enormous! A real treat...

I came here with my friends to eat some dessert, and we came around 10PM so it's near closing time. The waiters are quick to place us to our seat, though there was a mistake where initially they place us in a table where they haven't clean it but they immediately correct it and place us in a clean table.
