Hotel Grand Palace Shiogama — Hotel in Shiogama

I am eternally grateful to this hotel. When we stayed here my daughter was sick in the middle of the night. The floor manager was so kind, he and the other staff on duty helped us a ton when they could have just left us to clean on our own. The rooms are also very nice, recently renovated and the bathrooms are perfectly clean. I like that the lobby is still the way it was when the hotel was first built. We also had breakfast, which was very good for the price. (Great miso soup!) Thank you again to all the staff who helped us! ❤️ I would give the service deserves six stars if I could! ⭐️...

Spacious rooms, with a good view of the hilltop houses in Shiogama. Close to the Shiogama Shrine and the ferry terminal (by close I mean a 10-15 minutes walk). I love that I have a charming scenery and the proximity to the station, it means I can peep at train-takers and wave to the passengers as the train whirls...

This hotel is just a short walk from the station. There is a 7-11 out the front door and only a 100 meters away. The staff were pleasant and the room was big enough and ery clean as are most every Japanese hotels. Good price. The port for taking the sightseeing boats is near but be sure to get...
