In short, food was sublime. I had here the best otoro I ever put in my mouth. But it's not just the otoro...other tuna cuts were also sensational. Sushi? Out of this world. Can it be the best in Japan? Impossible to say. For me it was. However, my favorite dish was tomato and mozarella tempura?! in a gentle dashi broth seasoned with what seemed like daikon. We didn’t have the reservation and so we sat upstairs as we needed to have the table. It was spacious upstairs. We ordered few items including Tuna Bowl and Grilled Tuna Cheek. I didn’t like much Grilled Tuna Cheek - I wanted to try it out because normally I don’t order Grilled Tuna.
