Julia's Hotel Suites — Hotel in Amman

Most importantly, when we were checking out, they wanted to charge us for our stay with cash or visa along we had already paid through booking.com. They claimed they needed proof of payment so they can claim their money from booking.com. I showed them my booking app and payment and they refused to accept it. Still requesting cash or visa payment at the property. Other notes: There was no housekeeping even though we were told there was. There was no drinking water available in the room. The towels smelt really really bad. The shelf at shower was SO dirty and dusty and had pieces of cement. The toilet handheld shower was not working.

The best hotel in Amman, Very simple, very beautiful, quiet and far from the noise of the city and the downtown, the breakfast is very delicious and their prices are average compared to the services they provide, I had a great time there and I was so relaxed I don't think if anyone came into the room or not, The reception was welcoming and helpful, and he did not refuse a request and made everything easy for you with comfort, And even when you go out they allow you to go out without any checks about the room or how long you stayed in :) Next time I go back to Jordan I will stay in the same hotel...

staying for a first time in a non-luxurious place was a bit weird for me.|But honestly I would recommend this fantastic place to tourists since it honestly gave me the best experience ever in Jordan; service wise and quality.|I used to deal with only MIA the receptionist, she is a star, I would give her professionalism a 20 out of 10!!
