Most importantly, when we were checking out, they wanted to charge us for our stay with cash or visa along we had already paid through booking.com. They claimed they needed proof of payment so they can claim their money from booking.com. I showed them my booking app and payment and they refused to accept it. Still requesting cash or visa payment at the property. Other notes: There was no housekeeping even though we were told there was. There was no drinking water available in the room. The towels smelt really really bad. The shelf at shower was SO dirty and dusty and had pieces of cement. The toilet handheld shower was not working.
