I had the pleasure of dining at the Burj Al Hamam restaurant in the InterContinental Jordan Hotel, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The restaurant's elegant and inviting atmosphere set the stage for an extraordinary culinary journey. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food, which was exceptionally tasty.
The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, every bite was a revelation. The combination of authentic ingredients and skilled culinary expertise made each dish a true masterpiece.
One of the standout dishes was the grilled lamb, which was so tender and succulent that it practically melted in your mouth. The flavors were rich and savory, a true testament to the chef's expertise. The seafood options were equally impressive, with the freshness of the catch-of-the-day evident in every bite.
To complement this gastronomic journey, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and ensuring that our dining experience was flawless.
In summary, the Burj Al Hamam restaurant at the InterContinental Jordan Hotel not only delivered an exceptional dining experience but also proved that the food was not just good; it was superbly tasty. I look forward to returning to savor these remarkable...

My experience: We walked in with no reservations and were seated immediately. The wicker chairs were very uncomfortable.
15 min after we were seated, someone arrived to take our order. This is understandable as it was during the lunch rush.
We ordered 3 cold appetizers, 1 hot appetizer, and 2 entrees.
The cold appetizers arrived 30 minutes after we ordered; with no bread. We asked for the bread, which arrived about 7 min later.
The single hot appetizer we ordered (which was a simple fried halloumi) arrived about 15 min after the cold appetizers. Again, no bread.
The entrees (2 mixed grill meals) arrived a whopping 30 min after the hot appetizer. Once again we had to wait even more for the bread.
Now don't get me wrong, the food was beautifully done and extremely delicious. But the fact that we had enough time to take smoke breaks between bites while they brought us bread or condiments completely ruined the experience. If they had told us that our food would take an hour and a half that would have been fine. But the fact that they fed us drip by drip...
