It's been a long time, so sorry to visit this restaurant after all that years to find out that the standers went waaaaaaay below the old days, I and my family walked in, my 6 years old son wanted to use the toilet, after my wife took him to the 2nd floor she figured out that it is quieter there and the music was so loud, the staff refused to let us use the tables there although it was almost full on the ground floor, when I tried to negotiate on of the staff brought the sign as "wet floor" and placed it on the stairs. I was ok now officially it is blocked while the wooden stairs were not we at all. Anyway, we accepted the table in Infront of the door, we were trying to find out the menu that none of the staff offered, we ended up looking at an old menu online then after 15 minutes we discovered that they have a menu next to the counter. We placed our order sadly because our son was hungry and he will not stand to move to another restaurant. While we were waiting for our order out of a sudden they decided to open the second floor, all the people rushed there, we felt so sorry for this unprofessional thing and we decided to keep our table as we felt so miserable to be there. Please, guys, focus on something, the staff there are super unfriendly, you feel that you are bothering them while they use slang language jokes to each other that we don't care to hear and are not appropriate at all. They ended up with the bread provider pushing the bread container by his feet. I wish that I kept the old image of this burger restaurant. The 3 stars for the beef taste only as we ate it before we see the bread provider pushing it with his feet. You guys used to be the best, so sorry to see what is going...
Read moreIt used to be my favourite burger place, I would go directly there as soon as I arrive to Jordan, unfortunately the quality took a horrible dive! We ordered several options, honey onion, classic, firefly, the bread was soggy to the point the sandwich fell apart as soon as we picked it up, the caramelised onions was anything but that it was soggy, under cooked and tasted horrible. We were four people none could finish their sandwich as it was that bad! The service took ages ,we're used to them serving the fries before the sandwich but it's now taking even longer, you finish your drink and fries and wait, keep waiting then wait some more until your main course drops in! Atmosphere, again I used to love going there the atmosphere was active and fun, but it's clear they haven't done any renovations or maintenance you can see exposed wires all around, the decorative ornament and signs were dirty (the sign on the wall next to had ketchup drops!) And dusty. I'm saf to write such a review to one of my very favourite restaurants, one I direct everyone I know to go to. I love eating at local restaurants and I'm sad to see that this one is not getting the attention and care by the owners as it used to. I Hooe anyone reads this and get the place...
Read moreI was a customer at this restaurant back in 2012 or 2013, and now, after more than 11 years, I came back to enjoy their Angus burger. The place is located on Rainbow Street in the heart of Amman, a vibrant area known for its charm, local shops, and cafés. Walking down the street brought back a lot of memories, and it felt nostalgic to visit this spot again after so long.
The restaurant has a youthful and energetic vibe, attracting a mix of locals and tourists. The music adds a nice touch to the atmosphere, although at times it was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation. One thing I noticed was the dim lighting—perhaps it’s part of the restaurant’s style, but improving the lighting could really enhance the dining experience. It would make the food more visually appealing and the environment more welcoming.
The Angus burger was delicious, just as I remembered it. Juicy, flavorful, and well-prepared. The fries were crispy and fresh, and the presentation overall was neat.
The service team was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I appreciated their positive attitude and professionalism. I would definitely recommend...
