This is quite a big hotel. Service is good, but the rooms leave much to be desired. Rooms are big, but it feels more like a no frills business hotel. We were on the 4th floor and the bathroom had no plug points, so it was a hassle using a shaver and hair dryer. Fortunately, the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. There is a large amount of tourist traffic and food becomes a problem. When we went for dinner at 8.30pm most of the food at the buffet was over, but no one was refilling the bowls, and neither was there much staff to request for this. Breakfast was better and the young chefs were quick in making omelettes on the spot. As we were there early, everything was in plentiful. There was also a lot of staff to tend to our needs. All in all, this is a decent hotel, so I would recommend it to others.

if you book a three-bed room, I would definitely not recommend the hotel! There are two categories... renovated rooms which are ok and double rooms with extra beds on which you can't sleep because you can feel the wires through the mattress and our bed didn't even have bed linen. Breakfast is a disaster! Staff at reception are extremely unfriendly and arrogant. The pool also only looks good at the photos and is not even open in April. we had to sleep in a bright room because the curtains were mounted incorrectly. And one of our group even got an electric shock while taking a shower. Even there, the reception didn't really care.

Great hotel. Nice ambience. I loved it. The room was spacious. I stayed here as part of tour group. The morning buffet setup was the most messiest I have ever seen in my life. The buffet was arranged near a small corner of the room, which means food was accessible from only one side and there was not enough space to accommodate all the people or form a proper queue. Hotel management should do proper planning so that buffet doesn't get messy. I suggest placing the buffet table in the centre of the room. Otherwise, it was a great experience and the hotel is near to the city.

We stayed here as part of a group tour and were quite honestly a little dismayed on first impression. However, we ended up having a really good stay.||The rooms are very basic and all the furnishings and fixtures are worn. The hotel could really use a renovation. That being said, the staff are wonderful - kind, caring, helpful. They go out of their way to provide a good experience.||We first were assigned a room with a very heavy smoke smell upon entering. We went back down to the front desk to request a non smoking room and learned that all of the rooms are supposed to be non smoking - someone had been breaking the rules. Nevertheless, they were able to reassign us to a room that smelled clean. ||The hotel has a buffet for breakfast and dinner - the food was really good. Lots of variety, and again, the staff go out of their way to help - honoring special requests etc.||The hotel is a little out of the way, and cars might have trouble pulling up due to how busy the street is outside - but you still can get Ubers here or the front desk will help you get a taxi. It's a short distance from the main hotel district, at a significantly...

Do not stay in this hotel. I came with a tour group saying it was 4* but it is less than a 3*. Breakfast and dinner both horrible. Same old same old every day. Not even plain water is offered at dinner. Being a Muslim country they should know it is Sunnah to give water. However, if your diet is mainly salad then there are plenty different types. They have bread in the morning but no toaster. Bathroom is also a disaster. If you use the douche, all your clothes get wet. The shower head has a crack that sprays water outside of the shower screen which floods the bathroom floor so when finished you step out into pool of water. Now talking about beds, me and my 2 children stayed in one room with 3 single beds. The most uncomfortable beds you could have. I don't think they are even proper beds. Pillows are horrible too. The room size is OK if you are spending time sightseeing. WiFi hardly any signal in the room. I would never stay in this hotel again. This hotel is not suitable for Europeans unless they are staying 1/2 nights if nothing...

We were there in September 2022 and below is our experience. We were booked for 5 days but on day 4 we were asked to checkout abruptly … our flight wasn’t until early morning and where’d they expect us to go? I was trying to get some time to find out where there had been a fallback but they were being rude and kept calling 4 times in 15 minutes asking for the checkout status. He had the audacity to generalize and say ‘we know ur kind of people’. Just when he was speaking he got the wire from our agent and the booking extension (as he said) BUT clearly he was clearly unapologetic! And All the while he kept asking to speak to the man! Said he dint want to speak to the woman! Dint expect to be facing a male chauvinist there! And turns out he was the manager! Am shocked how he managed to survive the industry with that kind of...
