Horribly loud music that causes tinnitus for those inside and annoys everyone in the neighborhood. Our windows vibrate from how loud it is even 300 meters away. Edit: it has been two months since this review was made and the audacious lies of fairmounts response is proven by their refusal to change anything or reduce the noise while the entire neighborhood complains on a weekly basis. We want to sleep we work all week and wake up early and it is our human right to be able to sleep peacefully at night. Where are the laws that are supposed to be enforced ? How is it possible that it is 2:25 am and still after calling the police numerous times since 1am nothing has been done even though there are laws, it makes me question who has the power because it OBVIOUSLY is not the police nor the ministry of tourism because they seem unable to make this lounge install the 16,000 JOD speakers that donât allow the sound to extend 1 meter outside of the speakers radius, the same one they shut down Rotanas lounge for until they complied. So I will ask this publicly Why have we been dealing with this problem for 2 years every weekend except for the summer when it is almost every day and some days it starts from the morning with their pool parties. Why has the government been unable to put a stop to this? The fact that they havnt been able to leaves me with more questions than answers. Update itâs 2:45 am and wow bravo to the police for succeeding in shutting down the music 15 minutes before their closing. What an absolute joke the police look like when they canât even enforce the laws. At least now we know the tourism police...

Now for the negatives: Service was non existent, I've had better service at fast food restaurants. Extremally slow and non attentive service.
We had reserved a table that is away from the DJ and they gave us a table next to the DJ, we asked to be moved and they initially agreed (the place was empty), then they refused citing that they cannot join two tables together to accommodate 6 people , then they agreed after we insisted.
There was a huge gathering of youngsters all drunk and rowdy (maybe 20 people or so) right behind us. I get it, alcohol is your main business, but you should not keep serving until they are all drunk and disturbing others.
They lost control of the situation due to greed and it could have easily turned ugly. I felt like I was in a cheap bar downtown not a 5 star rooftop and was on edge hoping for it not to escalate.
A couple hours later, as we were waiting for our bill, one of the drunk youngsters started shouting at us apologizing and introduced us to his fiancé (whom he just met lol).
To be fair, the manager came at the end and offered us coffee/tea as an apology.
The cherry on top? My original review from last week was deleted by accident, but the owner asked me to email him my contact information so they could call me, I did, no one...
Read moreHost was very nice and professional, server was nice also, but the food was terrible, Nassim used to be a great place to eat they had a great selection of jordanian food and international food , but everything got changed now , I had grilled chicken breast, it was served cold and the chicken was super dry , potato tasted like it was sitting at the kitchen counter all day , and when we ask for a sauce to be able to swallow that dry chicken breast I got a small sample of mashroom sauce" ONE SPOON " , I was embarrassed to even complain about It, when I made a comment about the food being dry all I got was explaining how they cook it and none sense explanations instead of offering any solutions or accommodations. Anyways I won't go back there anymore , I've been coming to Fairmont for the last 2 years and made reviews before about the great stuff but I can't ignore the bad stuff also , tonight I had an important guest with me and we both had a terrible experience . Thanks to the host and servers but the cook need to do better and u need to work more on the menu if u want to keep your customers...
