Prime Hotel — Hotel in Amman

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Prime Hotel and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the warm welcome I received from the staff. They were friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the things that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the rooms. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining a high level of hygiene, which was especially important during these times of heightened health concerns. The bed was comfortable, the linens were crisp, and the room had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. But what really made my stay at the Prime Hotel exceptional was the VIP treatment I received. From the personalized service to the attention to detail, it was evident that the hotel staff truly cared about making my stay special. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that all my requests were promptly attended to. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Mervat, who was instrumental in making my stay at the Prime Hotel such a memorable one. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort did not go unnoticed. She truly made me feel like a VIP, and I am grateful for her kindness and hospitality. Overall, I cannot recommend the Prime Hotel highly enough. As others have said, this place needs a serious revamp. We changed rooms following our first nights stay which we arrived for at 1am so didnt want a fuss at that time.||However during that night & in the morning we noticed amongst other things the bathroom door handle hanging off to such an extent that the "turning bar" could easily have fallen out & you'd be locked in, the curtain rail hanging down & hence the cutain not covering the window, stains (blood??) on the sheet, cigarette burns on the sheets & in the bathroom plus the shower screen was not too pleasant with a considerable amount of mould & stains.||The next morning however, the lady at reception, without us saying anything, immediately stated that the night guy had put us in the wrong room & that she wanted us to move rooms to a "better one".||Whilst this one was significantly better without many of the issues listed above, the bathroom again had stains around the shower screen & taps.||The breakfast were very good & apart from them serving hot milk for my tea, thoroughly enjoyed it.||Good location, good & free WIFI & OK for the money once the room...

Very colourful and bright rooms awaits at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is great (just opposite the Millennium 5* Hotel) with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants around. Having said that, the newly opened restaurant (and bar) at the top floor of the hotel (Acan) is sublime and offers great views over the city. Well worth a try at least once during your stay. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from the Abdali Area/Compound which is promising to be the new it place in Amman.
