Read moreThis was a horrible hotel. The room was dirty-my socks were filthy! The bed was short-our feet hung off (and were short to average height) and the pillows were a hard foam. The air conditioner was positioned so it blew in our faces all night. The bathroom was so small!-the shower had no where to put shampoo, or even our soap except on the floor. The water sprayed and ran out onto the floor of the bathroom, soaking it. The water bottles they gave us were itty-bitty, could drink it in a few gulps. || The breakfast had a lot of selection but was horrible-even the bread was stale. They had signs for cold milk that we put in our cereal but it was the hot milk and the sign for hot milk for our coffee was cold milk.||The location was horrible for tourists - on a busy street with nothing around it. Had to Uber anywhere we wanted to go - and you had to know where you wanted to go. It was $7 to go for dinner and back. Couldn’t walk to a restaurant or a store. Felt stranded. ||The best part of the hotel was the receptionist (could have been the manager)- he was very...
Read moreWe stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights between arriving in Amman and the start of a tour and then again at the end of the tour before leaving Amman. It was fine for something like this. Staff were friendly and helpful and promptly addressed our concerns of which we had a few, although they were minor. We asked for additional towels and more toilet paper which were delivered quickly. There were problems with the TV and wifi which staff were not really able to solve. Some TV channels had poor reception and the wife was slow or not working. The air conditioning did not work well, which seemed to be a problem with hotels in Jordan in general. The dinner buffet was very basic and on one night we were one of only six guests so dinner was made especially for us. The gesture was nice but it was more than we could eat. Other than that it was clean and there was a small supermarket nearby. It's on a main road so ask for a room at the back. Ours was and...
