We came for Christmas Eve!!! The worse place you can chill !!! I’ve never seen anything like this!!! Staff fighting us infront of people instead of calming their costumers !!! of Our experience at this lounge unfortunately very disappointing the service was far below the expected standard, high price !!! and I encountered several issues that were not resolved satisfactorily, We came in at 9:30pm were 8 person we chill we dance until suddenly one of the staff came while my husband and I were dancing infront of Dj as everyone does it’s normal it’s Christmas Eve and told that stop dancing this is not a dance floor!!!!!! In very rude way ever!!! As someone who values respectful and professional customer service, were expected much more from a reputable establishment. Such behavior tarnishes the the rest lounge reputation and undermines the trust guests place in its staff. Management needs to address this issue immediately, as this is unacceptable for any guest experience.. I believe the staff and supervisor still needs training to be a competent workers at a 5 star lounge Try to avoid this Lounge by all mean. I would NEVER go back to this lounge and will definitely not recommend it to anyone...
Read moreI recently visited the restaurant during the last hour of happy hour. While I understand and respect the time and order restrictions that come with this, the way these policies were communicated by the staff and manager left a negative impression.
We were frequently reminded of the timing and payment deadlines, which felt a bit rushed and unwelcoming. Later, the manager mentioned that if we wished to stay past 8 PM, we would need to pay full minimum charge and not to meet a minimum charge slightly above what we had already spent. Although I fully understand the policy itself, the way it was delivered came across as abrupt rather than courteous. A more considerate approach or clearer explanation would have made the experience much better.
The food was decent but not particularly memorable, and overall, the atmosphere could have been more hospitable. I truly hope the management takes this feedback constructively — a warm, respectful tone can make all the difference in how guests perceive a visit.
