Villa Kasuku — Hotel in Kinondo ward

The house needs some fixing up, the furniture is falling apart in places and was nailed together by some rusty nails. The showerheads remove a little water and most of the showers weren't draining properly and were flooded, many of the showers were cold. The electricity was paid for when we arrived but on our last day we had no electricity. The tokens ran out and the proprietor did not bother to top up. Let’s start with the fact you do not rent the whole villa as there are other guests at the place. I have never seen kitchen in such bad state with rats included and very few dishes, limited mugs and cutlery. Bathrooms are terrible with missing toilet seats. The pool is the only valuable feature but even that comes with restrictions. The host is kind but there is lot of investment to be made in order to turn it into an average rating accommodation. Disappointing arrival at this accommodation where the first upstairs bedroom, on the left, has a toilet with no seat or lid, and it doesn't flush!! The shower has neither pressure nor hot water. And in the room there is not even a bedside table, or a chair, or a stool, where you can put your belongings. Not to mention the absence of a wardrobe with hangers, or at least a raíl with hangers.
