If you happen to be visiting Mombasa City for whatever reason, Karama Guesthouse is probably a place you should seriously consider residing at. Very close to the Main Bus station and Naivas Supermarket, Mombasa.

Not a bad place to spend the night.just near the bus station therefore convenient for those travelling.There is free WiFi and the corridors are fitted with CCTV cameras for security reasons. At the reception details of all the guests are recorded. Breakfast offered.

It was impossible to sleep all night due to floor construction noise. Bed pillows were so huge and solid as rocks. Bed sheets were small for the size of mattress. Bathroom fittings (shower head, faucet, mirror, toilet seat) require replacements. Staff had no idea what courtesy/hospitality or customer service mean. Calling it an appauling experience spending the night at your facility is an...

Very nasty experience. Poor customer service, especially from the ever rude uncourtiuous and slow receptionist. TV not working,very dirty place. You need to remind them change your beddings,otherwise prepare to use the same ones for more than a week. Very bad...
