Disappointing Experience – Needs Improvement
The food and atmosphere weren’t bad overall, but a few major issues really ruined the experience.
One of the sinks was completely blocked and disgusting—it clearly hadn’t been addressed in a while. When I alerted a staff member, they casually told me to use the one by the entrance. No effort to fix it or even close it off.
We came during Ramadan for their iftar offers, but nothing was ready. Everything is “freshly made,” which might sound good, but there were long delays and absolutely no food ready on time. For a Ramadan setup, that’s unacceptable—people are breaking fast, not coming for a long fine-dining wait.
To make it worse, the main dishes arrived before the starters like samosas and kebabs. Then the waiter told us we were getting a complimentary dish from management—but it ended up on the bill. Maybe he didn’t know what “complimentary” means. We didn’t argue, just paid and left, but I wouldn’t return for another meal.
Also, their fridge display had flies inside—clearly visible. I alerted the staff, but they just ignored it like it was normal. That level of hygiene is worrying, especially for a place...

Went further and requested the attendant for some slight improvement and I was answered that's not possible after engaging with her work mate (cashier). The cashier had said that is final and I should order another one at an extra cost ( or a well done black tea from the other room) (Having categorically placed the right order I couldn't tell where this had came from).
