I attended a salsa event here on a Friday evening. Though in the CBD, it is definitely not in the fancier side but more downtown. That said, the place is surprisingly quiet. The service I got was prompt and up to standard. I know they want to make the salsa event a weekly thing, but they need to be time conscious. The event started late and I left before it ended. They also said that snacks were inclusive of the fee, but that was not to be and instead they kept pestering people to order. Very deceptive of them. The event itself was good. The instructors knew their art and the 2 hours was well spent on the dance floor. I would definitely love to attend another event, however, I would prefer the event to start earlier say 4:00pm. Weekends in the afternoon would also be ideal and I suspect it would attract more people. My review is not on the rooms or their other facilities as I did not use them. I also don't see myself choosing this hotel because of the location and I wouldn't really have a reason to stay there. The salsa event is great for everyone really as the instructors were really good.

Located in the heart of Nairobi CBD, the hotel is easily accessible, although the surrounding streets tend to be busy and crowded due to high foot traffic. Despite this, the area remains safe. Inside the hotel, there is ample space, with well-arranged seating that ensures comfort and appropriate spacing between customers. The food is well-prepared, portions are generous, and the pricing is fair. Both cash and cashless payment options are accepted, offering convenience for all guests.

The place was pretty fancy. Didn't see the rooms, came for the conference. The conference room was nice good and well equipped. The food was very good and service was decent. Unfortunately, I don't know the prices, but I think the prices are higher due to higher standard.

This review is from my sister Stella who stayed there this past weekend and travelled to Dubai. ||||"My experience was very unpleasant We got a dirty room at first, the beddings looked like someone had used it prior and nothing was changed. We requested a change of room which seemed a bother to them from the body language the staff who came to change our room gave us. ||They then gave us a room with two beds and we had to change again but this time he came back with many keys and angry. We settled on one room, the beddings in the hotel are so old, no normal amenities were in the room. The room was not that clean. The sink and bathroom had stains and did not seem to have been washed in the recent past. There were no sandals in the room. ||During breakfast we found a rude waiter who was upset by us choosing a different table from the one we wanted to sit on. He openly went ahead to speak about us with the chef as and we could hear his words and i told him that was totally wrong. The receptionist Peter was okay and helpful. The room attendant Kinuthia was kind to help us with our requests. My advice to the hotel management, do trainings on customer service care. Allow guests to access the gym with no extra payments this will bring more guests in the hotel. I left the hotel a dissapointed...
